Fitness Kickboxing - Also referred to as boxing aerobics and cardio kickboxing, is a hybrid of boxing, martial arts and aerobics that offers an intense cross-training and total-body workout. It blends a mixture of high-power exercises that strengthen the body and mind, decrease stress and hone reflexes while increasing endurance and cardiovascular power. While kickboxing's roots are in full-contact fighting, it has found a safe and very effective niche in the fitness community.

Classes are available:
Monday thru Friday 11:00am – 11:45am
Monday thru Thursday 8:15pm – 9:00pm

Lil Dragons Tae Kwon Do Class  – This class is geared toward the youngest of our students ages 3 to 5 years of age. This program teaches the students how to improve focus, discipline, concentration, confidence, physical coordination and respect as well as providing the gifts of self defense skills. This program provides a great foundation in the art of Tae Kwon Do. Students are requested to attend classes at least 2 times per week.

Classes are available:
Monday thru Friday 3:30pm – 4:10pm
Monday thru Thursday 4:15pm – 4:55pm

Children’s/Juniors Tae Kwon Do Class – This class is open to all belt levels, ages 6 to 12. We ensure that each student receives personal attention and that the exercises are tailored to the individual child's needs and abilities. Children learn and develop both their physical attributes (balance, co-ordination, flexibility, strength) and their life skills discipline, respect, and the ability to work with other children and pass on their skills to those younger than themselves. Students are required to attend classes at least 2-3 times per week.

Classes are available:
Monday thru Friday 5:00pm – 6:00pm

Black Belt Club – This program is offered through invitation only. The Black Belt Club is comprised of active Black Belts and those who have set their goal to become Black Belts. To qualify a student must be dedicated to Black Belt Excellence and demonstrate advanced technique. Privileges to this club include special recognition as an elite group within the classes, extra training with double classes twice a month, and special eligibility to tournaments and a demonstration team.


Family Tae Kwon Do Class – This class is for all belt levels ages 6 thru adult and provides a great way for parents and children to train together. The same core curriculum is taught as that of our childrens  and junior classes but allows the convenience of not having to take separate classes. Students are requested to attend classes 2-3 times per week.

Monday thru Friday 6:15pm – 7:00pm

Adult Class  – This class is for adults only of all belt levels. It provides a great way to relieve  tension, increase stamina, lose weight reduce stress, develop a new enthusiasm for life, gain confidence, improve coordination and stay in shape.

Classes are available:
Monday thru Thursday 10:00am – 10:55am
Monday thru Thursday 7:10pm – 8:10pm
